Standard United Kingdom deliveries are Free

Standard United Kingdom Deliveries are Free. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. The majority of items will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Regrettably we cannot always guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail's service and for this reason we ask you to allow 8 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of items.

Courier Service

Orders placed by 12noon Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. The majority of orders are delivered 2 working days (Mon-Fri) after dispatch. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Should your order not be received within 2 working days please contact us and we will be happy to trace your parcel for you. Prices are calculated by size of order and will be clearly stated at checkout. Deliveries can be up until 9pm. Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Special Recorded Delivery

In accordance with the Royal Mail pricing structure, prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page. We have included a postage charge lookup table below to use as a guide.

Orders placed by 13:00 Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 13:00 the next day.

Orders received before 13:00 on a Friday may be received on Saturday but Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery on Friday orders. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 13:00. For information about possible disruptions due to Bank Holidays, please contact the Royal Mail directly.

Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday and will arrive on Tuesday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) which we prepay to Customs and Excise as the goods enter the United Kingdom.

Channel Island Deliveries are Free

There is no charge for items and/or gift sets delivered to a Channel Islands address. The majority of items are delivered within 2-3 working days of your order date however we would ask you to allow 8 working days before contacting us in regards to any non received orders.

Please note that any applicable VAT is included within our purchase prices and consequently Channel Islands customers can claim a VAT refund on all items costing over £15.00. Please contact us, within 30 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number, for a refund.

Worldwide Deliveries

Items sent to overseas addresses will be charged as listed below. Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries to Western Europe and up to 20 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world. UK VAT is included within our purchase prices (where applicable) - if you are not liable for UK VAT please contact us, within 30 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number, for a refund. Please note that the recipient may be liable to taxes in the destination country and that ActiveBeauty.co.uk cannot be held liable for these charges.
